Package Travel Contact Point

All EU Member States have designated central contact points to facilitate the administrative cooperation and supervision of travel organizers operating in different Member States (Article 18 (2) of Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel and linked travel arrangements).

In Estonia, the contact point is the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, which makes available to the contact point of another Member State all the necessary information concerning the national requirements for security, the travel undertakings registered in the register of economic activities, and the issues of security set out in their registration info.
