The auction started on 2 July 2024 at 12 p.m., Estonian time, and ended on 4 July 2024 at 12 p.m.
The size of the Saare 3 sea area is 20.1 km², and its starting price was 301,500 euros. Deep Wind Offshore AS (Norwegian company) and OÜ Utilitas Wind qualified to participate in the auction, and although they paid a deposit of 6030 euros, neither of them made a bid at the Saare 3 auction.
The CPTRA did not confirm the results of the Saare 3 auction with the decision of 04.07.2024 and will make a decision not to initiate the superficies licence procedures for all superficies licence applications submitted for the Saare 3 area.
