In addition to the general information regarding the travel undertaking’s economic activities, the notice of economic activities includes the following information:

regarding areas of activity;
According to § 6 of the Tourism Act, travel undertakingsare classified on the basis of areas of activity as follows:

organisation of packages which include travel services provided in Estonia;

organisation of packages which include travel services provided outside of Estonia and charter flights;
-
organisation of packages which include travel services provided outside of Estonia and scheduled flights;
-
organisation of packages which include travel services provided outside of Estonia, except for charter flights or scheduled flights;
-
intermediation of packages combined by a travel undertaking of a state outside the European Economic Area;
-
offer of linked travel arrangements and facilitation of entry into contracts.

regarding security and the provider thereof;
§151 (7) of the Tourism Act stipulates that the travel company shall choose one or both of the following types of securities:

warranty;
-
insurance.
§151 (8) of the Tourism Act stipulates that security may be issued by an insurance company, credit institution or financial institution located in a Member State of the European Economic Area.

regarding travel retailers who have obtained the right to sell packages combined by an other travel undertaking.
