Acting as a tour operator and a undertaking facilitating the conclusion of contracts onlinked travel arrangements requires submission of a notice to the register of economic activities and possession of a proper security.

The travel retailer has no obligation to submit a notice of economic activities and provide a security, unless the travel retailer offers and sells packages combined by a travel undertaking  of a state outside the European Economic Area.
